THE LEAD SYSTEM / BUILT FOR B2B SALES

A better starting point
for every
sales conversation.

Your team gets the inquiry. I make sure the useful context gets there too: what the buyer explored, what they need, and why they are worth a call.

THE GAP

You’ve paid to get them here.
Keep the context they leave.

Built for B2B companies with valuable contracts, website inquiries, a sales team and a CRM. Especially when nobody owns the connection between those last two.

WHAT GETS BUILT

One connected system.
Every part has a job.

The diagnostic defines the scope. That can mean improving an existing site or rebuilding the pages and assets it needs. The join to sales is designed from the start.

01

The buyer’s path

Page structure, messaging and useful conversion assets shaped around buyer questions.

People can find a reason to take the next step.
02

The tracking layer

Relevant events, campaign attribution and form context, configured around your measurement requirements.

The useful activity is captured before it disappears.
03

The decision rules

Fit and intent scored separately. Clear exclusions. A stated reason behind each route.

Your team can see why a lead was prioritized.
04

The CRM handoff

Fields mapped, records joined and notifications routed to the right people.

The context arrives where sales already works.
05

The handover

Documentation, reporting and a working session with the people who will run it.

The system belongs to you.

THE ENGAGEMENT

Understand first.
Build with a reason.

A full build typically takes six to eight weeks after the diagnostic. Your page count, integrations and review process determine the actual schedule.

01 / DIAGNOSTIC

Agree on the problem.

Talk to your team, review buyer evidence and inspect the current setup. You get findings, priorities and a build plan before committing to delivery.

Explore the diagnostic
02 / BUILD & VERIFY

Connect the pieces.

Build the agreed pages and systems, then test the journey from visitor action through to the CRM record and sales notification.

Named pages. Named integrations. Agreed acceptance checks.
03 / HANDOVER & TUNING

Learn from what happens.

Document the system and review the early signals with your team. Refine the model as real sales outcomes become available.

You keep the system, its rules and its documentation.

AFTER LAUNCH

A score starts
as a hypothesis.

The first model is a reasoned starting point. Closed deals, lost opportunities and feedback from your reps show which signals deserve more weight.

Ongoing support keeps the tracking working and gives your team a clear account of what changed and why.

01

Review the scoring

Compare the model against actual sales outcomes.

02

Check the connection

Catch broken tags, changed forms and missing CRM fields.

03

Make the learning usable

A concise report and a working session with your marketing lead.

Ongoing support is scoped separately. Your team keeps the documentation whether I stay involved or not.

BEFORE WE TALK

The practical
questions.

No fixed package price before the scope is clear.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the pages, conversion assets, integrations and data work involved. The diagnostic gives us a concrete scope, then I quote the build. A focused two-page project and a complex multi-page system are different engagements.

Do we need a new website or CRM?

Not automatically. I review what works before proposing changes. The build can improve the existing site and connect it to the CRM your team already uses.

What do you need from our team?

A point of contact in marketing, input from sales, and access to the relevant website, analytics and CRM setup. We agree on the inputs and review dates before the project starts.

Can you guarantee more sales?

No. I build the infrastructure that lets you understand the path to an inquiry and connect it to what happens in sales. Traffic, your offer and the follow-up still affect the outcome.

Do we have to stay on a retainer?

We agree on a tuning and support plan before the build. Ongoing involvement depends on what you need and what your team can run. The system and documentation remain yours.

Will every visitor be identifiable?

No. Captured context depends on consent choices, browser behavior, your tools and the information someone chooses to provide. The implementation is scoped around your requirements; it is not a promise to identify everyone.
